Nolpop terms of service

1. Purpose

These terms set out the conditions and procedures for using Nolpop (the “service”), run by Sognora (“we”), and the rights and duties of Sognora and its users.

2. Accounts

Sign up with an email address or a Google account. Keep your details accurate and update them when they change.

You're responsible for your sign-in details. If you think someone else has used your account, change your password right away and let us know.

If you sign up on behalf of a company or organization, you must be authorized to accept these terms on its behalf.

3. The service

The service provides tools that remove the surroundings and shadows from building photos and separate the building and its windows.

Company customers may receive their own material and features under a separate agreement.

We may change or stop features when quality, security or the law requires it. We'll give notice before a significant change to a paid feature.

4. Credits

Running a tool deducts the credits shown on its button. If the run fails, the credits come back automatically.

You get credits by signing up, subscribing to a plan, or topping up. Plan credits can be used for the period shown on the plan, counted from the day you receive them, and expire after that.

Credits can't be transferred to another account, and can't be exchanged for money except as the refund policy allows.

5. Prices and payment

Plan and top-up prices are shown on the pricing page and at checkout. Payment is by Kakao Pay.

A plan renews automatically each month on the date you first paid, and each payment adds that plan's credits.

You can cancel a plan at any time on the Subscription & credits page. You won't be charged again, and you can keep using the plan until the paid period ends.

Refunds follow the refund policy.

6. Your content

You keep the rights to the photos you upload and the results you create. We store and process them only as far as we need to provide the service.

We don't use your content in our marketing or to train AI models. If we'd like to show your work as an example, we'll ask for your permission first.

You must have the right to use every photo you upload. If a photo shows faces, license plates or other details that identify someone, cover them where needed before uploading.

7. About results

Result images are a visual aid for planning your color scheme. Colors on screen or in print can differ from the actual paint, so confirm final colors on site against a physical color sample.

Results made with AI can change or leave out details such as window frames and signs. Compare them with the original photo before using them for construction or a contract.

Don't present a result image as a photo of finished work.

8. Prohibited use

Don't do anything the acceptable use policy prohibits. If we find a violation, we may restrict your use of the service.

9. Interruptions

The service may pause for maintenance, equipment failures or outages at the companies we rely on. We'll announce planned maintenance in advance.

10. Liability

If you suffer loss through our willful misconduct or negligence, we'll compensate you as the law provides. We aren't liable for loss that is the user's responsibility, such as using a result for construction or a contract without checking it.

11. Ending your use

You can delete your account at any time on the account page. Your remaining credits are deleted with it, so if you have unused paid credits, ask for a refund under the refund policy first.

If you seriously or repeatedly break these terms or the acceptable use policy, we may restrict your use or end this agreement after notifying you.

12. Changes to these terms

We'll post changes and their effective date in the service at least 7 days before they take effect, or 30 days before for changes that work against you. If you don't agree to the new terms, you can delete your account.

13. Governing law and jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea. Any dispute arising from the service is subject to the jurisdiction of the competent court under Korea's Civil Procedure Act.
