Do not use Nolpop to deceive, impersonate, harass, threaten, discriminate, exploit a person, invade privacy, or create content that facilitates unlawful harm.
Do not use a preview to make a false claim about work completed, a property condition, a paint product, professional approval, or a customer decision.
3. Sensitive photos and information
Do not upload content that exposes personal, financial, health, government-identification, access-control, or security information that is not needed to use the feature.
Take reasonable steps to remove or obscure faces, license plates, addresses, entry codes, and other identifying details before sharing a preview.
4. Service and account abuse
Do not probe, scan, attack, overload, reverse engineer, scrape, or bypass the service, authentication, rate limits, usage accounting, payment controls, or access restrictions.
Do not resell access, share an account beyond its plan, distribute malicious software, or use automation that harms the service or other users.
5. Enforcement and reporting
We may remove content, restrict a link, limit processing, suspend an account, or preserve records when reasonably needed to investigate a violation, protect users, or comply with law.
Use the contact page to report suspected misuse or a security concern. Include the relevant link or account information, but do not send passwords or access tokens.
